Most of our clients want to know what our lead times are on our products and services. And on rare occasions there is a need to return a certain product. Production Times and Shipping
B&B Metal Designs strives to ensure that all of our clients needs are met in all areas of our product and that means prompt receiving of the product. Below are details and expectations that pertain to our production lead times as well as shipping product.
Production Times
All of our order confirmation emails have an estimated lead time. These are estimations, that’s why there is no “Due Date” stated. Small orders of rings or brackets will be produced much faster than larger orders. If you need your hardware faster than the approximate lead time please feel free to reach out to us directly. We are always willing to help accommodate any request that we are given.
Rush Option- We do provide an option for clients when they run into a situation that requires expedited production. We offer expedited production for all orders that are requested to be completed within a 14day lead time. Each order will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine what the lead time will be and whether or not it can be met. Rush fees are based on the size of the order and deadline needed. Generally all rush fees start at 25%.
We also offer a great selection of In-Stock packages that are available for immediate pick-up, shipping, or expedited delivery.
Shipping
We are more than happy to ship any of our product anywhere in the continental United States. For orders elsewhere please contact directly for shipping options. There is a 25% automatic fee for all orders that need to be shipped via UPS. For orders that need to be shipped via freight, those orders will be handled on a case by case basis.

B&B Metal Design Return Policy
B&B Metal Designs strives to have the best customer service in the industry. In the occurrence that a client needs to return some of our products the following will apply:
-We will accept all products that are being returned due to faulty craftsmanship.
-All returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
-Standard 3.5″ projection brackets, rings, and finials can be returned at a 20% restocking fee and the rest will be given as a credit.
-All rods, accessories, and other custom products are not acceptable for returns.
-There are no cash refunds. All refunds are given as credit towards you next order unless the return is due to faulty craftsmanship.
